Cassie provides personalized 1-on-1 functional & strength training at Peak Performance Physical Therapy in East Arlington, MA.
She creates customized programming designed for your unique experience, abilities and goals.
Program includes:
Warm up (Foam rolling, dynamic stretching and corrective exercises )
Priming movements (techniques designed to activate the proper muscles for the upcoming exercises)
Workout (8 week periodized progressive overload programs designed specifically for your own personal goals)
Basic nutritional guidance (suggested protein, carb, fat and calorie intake and accountability)
